Who would you pick for player of the year ? John Terry, or Frank Lampard, have your say.

I would say Lampard will just edge it. They have both been awesome all season no doubt about it. But Super Frank will just edge it in my opinion. Take nothing away from JT though he is an absolute legend

For me JT wins it, a rock at the back and always dependable, he has been amazing for me. I think he has a little bit more extra this season then Lampard, but still Lampard has been amazing this year.
Also, Cech for 3rd overall!

1. John Terry the captain our defensive record speaks for it's self with his leadership from the back and getting up and scoring goals most put him in first place. The best defender in the world right now behind Ricardo Carvalho .
2. Frank Lampard has been the driving force in midfielder with his great passing ability, he already has the same amount of goals he scored last season no easy feat and still allot more matches to play. The best midfielder in the world right now.

initially i was picking big john, he`s forced the england position his own too. for that i was giving him it. but, when you review lampards play over the year, the amount of goals he`s scored, the amount of goals he`s set up, the amount of effort(like most) i`m giving my vote to frank now. well done frankie

really it`s so very close between the two it`s hard to seperate. i wonder if the sponsors would consider giving it to the both of them. i`d be bitterly disapointed to let one or the other down. j.t is a rock and has proved this by slotting easily into the england defence and dislodging scummer campbell. f.l is simply immense in his overall play. he links superbly with both defenders and strikers and the way he arrives late in the box and scores from outside the box, he`s been an inspiration. i honestly keep changing my mind.

Yeah i no how you feel mate. It's a pity we can't give it to both of them, as they have been nothing short of outstanding for us this season but theres no losers in my opinion. It's all good it's CFC.
