So you would have prefered a red card and a penalty instead of the goal alone ?
That would have been the correct decision. Forget the Champions league Chelsea, money can't buy Liverpool's passion, desire and heart. We are the special ones in europe, always have been and always will be !
Chelsea lost it at the bridge, we had 6 shots on target, Chelsea had 2 shots on target over 180 minutes play.
We lost the Carling Cup, but who care we are going for the big one, again, hopefully for the 5.th time ! Enjoy the glory, you might need to wait another 50 years for next time !

On the inclusive evidence above that shows, that the ball did indeed not cross the line, is very poor justification on reaching the final, rgardless of whether it was a red card or penalty.

Is it me or do most Liverpool fans think they have already won it?

Interesting indeed, but what is more interesting is that another independent organisation showed a similar virtual replay on Wed nights ITV news at 10.30 showing that the ball was 4 cm short of being wholly across the line. This ons shows the ball being nowhere near crossing the line.
In light of the fact that two seperate people have done "100% accurate" virtual replays only serves to confuse the issue further.
At the end of the day, neither of these virtual replays count for anything and certainly cannot change the result much like the tv replays showing Carvalho handling the ball in the pen area earlier in the season will give liverpool a "retrospective" penalty!!!!

Well, mate, they will moan because even if they do win the final it'll be Everton that will get in

Regardless of another piont of view which you've highlighted and validated the fact that indeed it was not a goal, so in actual effect liverpool did not score! As for Carvalho handling the ball, that is a very weak argument as it wouldn't of made a difference to liverpool's prospect at achieving anything. I wonder who got the worst end of the stick hmmm.

Indeed, especially as it was Tiago and not Carvalho So you admit it was a clear handball then and a penalty? At the end of the day You couldn't score against us in 180 mins and you need to score to win!
